Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the time passed has exceeded 7 days, the exchange is impossible.

 Our exchange policy is very flexible provided that

The product is unused.
The price label and tags are in place.
The purchasing invoice is with you.
The exchange is made within 7 days of purchase. 

If an incorrect/faulty product has been delivered, contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the product at info@nifaasat.com or calling us at 0305-8777661 within 7 days of delivery. 
After the assessment of the product by our staff, we will happily assist you with your exchange. 
After the delivery date has elapsed by 7 days, Our company will not entertain any claims.

Note: Please do not accept the parcel if it's already opened or tampered with in any way.
Kindly only accept parcels that are packed in valid packaging.
